The current Folder View Settings-list is already editable: View > Folder View Settings > Manage Folder Views.

Suffice to say I don't agree with you there: XYplorer gets used differently by a lot of different users, which allows the developer to *sell* it to lots of different users. Speaking of features, performance is an important one. I don't disagree with you in principle, but even with beefy hardware you can get serious slowdowns in specific places with several applications.
