Folder Size Caching feature
I would like the Folder Size Caching feature to be a bit more convenient in updating 'old' cache. When navigating to a folder the cache for that folder and sub-folders (aka recursive) should automatically update when the contents are below a certain size threshold (like smaller like 1 GB, should be ...

Folder Size stays stored in cache after the folder is empty
Hey, I'm experiencing the following behavior when Folder Size Caching is on: 1. Create a new folder somewhere on disk, then navigate to it 2. Create a new text file, and type something in it (as long as its bigger than 0 bytes), then save it 3. Navigate one level up to where the created folder resid...

Re: Can't find contents of .properties files
With that selected it still doesn't find results.Marco wrote:Try "Match unicode"
Some more information: it's not specific to .properties files.
I'm using version 14.20.0100
[edit]
it seems that updating to 14.50.0100 has solved this problem, updated the first post accordingly

Can't find contents of files
[edit] Nevermind, updated from 14.20.0100 to 14.50.0100 and it's fixed. the tiny bug below is still there though  [/edit] When doing a search via Find Files with these search options: Name: *.properties This lists all files with the extention .properties, so far so good. Now opening one of...

Open Focused Item with PFA
Originated from this post: http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11373 Again thanks to TheQwerty for giving me a head start with this :) The script below is what I came up with and fully satisfies my needs as that it doesn't override the default behavior of Enter / Double-Click This c...

Re: Folder size caching
Thanks LittleBiG for the example script, but I was more thinking of a automatic cached folder size, without using any toolbar buttons. I've tinkered a bit with scripting, but it's not really fast yet when retrieving folder sizes for the first time, also I feel like I'm missing key scripting componen...

Folder size caching
Hey, since I always have my folder sizes on, it can slow down browsing when navigating quickly through folders, would it be possible to cache folder sizes? I guess the biggest problem is keeping the cache up to date, but I suppose this can be done in a smart way. For me personally, I wouldn't need k...

Possible to open file with other program filtered by PFA?
Hey! I'm fairly new to all this, but this is what I would like to achieve: I want to open a selected MKV file using the default program associated with it (via Windows) by using Enter or Double Click but I want to open the same MKV file using a PFA filtered by the file extension by using Ctrl+Enter ...

bug closing tab with middle mouse button
Hey, found another bug: When you have a couple of tabs open, you switch to one where it needs some time (for example >1 sec) to calculate the folder sizes and you close that tab with your middle mouse button, the tab gets closed and bugs out the tab that was supposed to be closed but wasn't. When us...

Re: Restore last closed tab
oehhh nifty, thanks highend! I should probably get more into scripting hehe 8) After playing around with this a bit, it doesn't really fulfill my specific needs, there's too much extra clicking / popups to go through while using the script, hopefully this will be officially be supported in the futur...

Re: Picture viewing wishes
Ah I see, well depending on your OS its quite easy to set up dual monitors. On Windows 7 its as simple as right-clicking on your desktop then go to Screen Resolution and make sure the Multiple displays is on Extend these displays . I'll probably be surprised one day if I update XYplorer, once you gi...
