Folder Size Caching feature

Post by n2k »

I would like the Folder Size Caching feature to be a bit more convenient in updating 'old' cache.
When navigating to a folder the cache for that folder and sub-folders (aka recursive) should automatically update when the contents are below a certain size threshold (like smaller like 1 GB, should be configurable) and/or a certain file count (like fewer than 1000 files, should be configurable).

Isn't that logically the same as "do not cache folders below a certain size threshold / file count"?

Yes that would be right. Did I miss that there is already such a thing?

There is such a threshold but it's currently set to zero bytes/items. It might make this configurable in a later version.
