Transfer Settings for Installed (Not Portable) XYplorer
The FAQ assumes a portable Xyplorer. What about installed versions?

Yes, I saw that. It says "Since XYplorer is a portable application...". I was asking about the installed version of Xyplorer.

Only difference will be to install the same version (vanilla) on the new system to get shortcuts and reg entries done.
Then copy the contents from your old installation - both application and data folders - and overwrite the contents of your vanilla installation folders with it.
If you changed the location of the data folder on the new system (incl. drive letter) you have to edit startup.ini (in app folder) to point to the correct folder before restarting XY.
All done.
