Why don't other app items show in context menu & properties?

Hi,
Using XYplorer 9.10.0 on Win 7 Pro 64 bit. Two related questions:

1. When I right-click or shift-right click on an mp3 file and select Properties, what seems to be the normal Windows properties dialog appears. However, the additional property tabs added by dbPoweramp (Audio Properties, ID-Tag) are missing. Why don't they appear as in my regular Explorer properties dialog, and how can they be made to appear? Is this in fact the regular Windows properties dialog?

2. Why don't other application menu items appear in the context menu for a file? For example, in regular Explorer, when I right click on a file I see an item for Norton Insight, and a sub-menu for Norton Internet Security for scanning, etc. But they don't appear in the context menu from XYplorer. Other applications's items do appear, however, like WinZip.

I don't mind having to shift-right-click to see these other application items in the menu or properties dialog if necessary. But it's essential that I can access them from XYplorer and not have to bring up Explorer to do it.
