For those who feel the program needs a new icon/logo/mascot how about offering the position to wilbur.png? He is sui generis.

Oops, my bad! When it showed up in an earlier version of xy to demonstrate some property the assumption (not being familiar with GIMP) was it had been created expressly for that purpose.
