unvoluntary horizontal scroll

Hi,
not sure it's a bug really... but in windows with only horizontal scroll active (less files than the window height, more columns than windows width) mouse wheel that usually should scroll vertically scrolls horizontally. it's quite annoying and i did not find any setting to disable it... is there a setting for disabling this? thanks!

You can turn it off by setting the tweak WheelFallbackToHorizontal to 0:
