How to copy or move custom user buttons to diff toolbar?

Don't know that it's possible, but if not, I suppose I could use a 2nd instance to have the old and a new button dialog boxes open at the same time to copy info and scripts back and forth?

Don't want to do 8 buttons that way if there's a much faster/easier way!! Thanks in advance...

Switch to the toolbar you want to add the buttons to, and then just go to

Tools | Customize Toolbar

dialog, and add them, same as you did to the orig toolbar.

Well that was embarrassing easy. I had just assumed they could not exist on two toolbars at once, so I would have had to tediously redo them.

@sparks FYI you actually can same fast "copy the code" of a custom button. Open its Edit window > right-lick on bottom button Clear > Copy as Snippet = your clipboard contains Full code of button(including code, name, icon settings). Now you can create new button(including in other XY instance) > in new button window right-click on Clear button > Paste as Snippet = you have a full clone of your custom button.
And surely you can save that to simple TXT, to say transfer to other system.

@eil, Thank you for that info, it gave me an overall feel of the custom toolbar buttons I did not have.

Question.. I have assigned three scripts to one button, Rht,Lft,Middle clicks, which function fine.
But the Rht click one first pops up the regular little edit menu first, making me have to click on the proper choice to continue.
How can I make the rht click choice go straight thru, without the menu? I'm aware of 'Cntrl-rht click' to edit button, if needed.

Also, Does editing little stuff like script lines in the button contents get updated on my same custom button located on another toolbar??

Thanks for lightening reply. Got it, works.
And you are absolutely right, I was in a hurry to tuck it into an edit, not thinking abt how easy testing that would be.
You all spend very valuable personal time on people like myself, I understand and really appreciate it!
