Show Hide Command Menu Bar?

Post by graffito »

1. I probably have wrong terminology.

2. Menu Bar (in my use, at least) = Commands: File | Edit | View | Go | Favorites | Tags ...

Now.

How do I hide it? Show it?

Thank you

Go to menu item, Tools > Customized Keyboard Shortcuts and select Category Miscellaneous. Press the Jump... button and type in "Toggle Main Menu". There may be a keyboard shortcut already assigned. If not, you can assign one or change it if desired. Also, CID #1061 will also do the same. Type #1061; in the Address Bar.

I neglected to mention that there is also a toolbar button, "Show Menu bar" which will cycle the Main Menu bar on and off. You can add all the Main Menu bar items to a toolbar by adding button, All Menus (Group) to your toolbar or add individual menu items you want.

Thank you again!
I suspect I clicked this button and confused myself.
This program is so comprehensive.

I have yet to study the Paper Folder, and that's something I've been interested in since before I found XYplorer. ...
