22.60.0200 but not MLS 8.140

After a change French => English Britain for a test, and a comme back to French, I got this message :

The language file version (8.139) doesn't match the Multilingual Support version (8.140).
Some elements might not be updated to the new language. In that case only a restart will complete the translation.

On https://www.xyplorer.com/languages.php It is informed :

Current Version: MLS 8.140    Up-to-date = These downloads match the current official version of XYplorer (22.60.0200). Note that slightly outdated language files can be loaded as well (some strings will not be translated).

But I can't find any langage MLS 8.140 on that page.
I don't understand the problem.
