listing / description of files and folders in \Data

I am using XYplorer on a workstation and laptop. I'd like to share most but not all settings across the two installations of XYplorer. I have installed both XYplorer as portable, each has their settings stored in a folder in their installation directory /Data.

Copying all the files in one /Data folder to the other overwrites all the settings. I'd like to pick and choose as much as I can the settings that I share. Can anyone point me to a listing of the definitions or descriptions of the settings files and folders in these /Data folders?
