My one guess is that the Windows Home Server redirector behaves differently than the standard CIFS redirector, possibly for backup/versioning reasons. I don't have Windows Home Server myself; perhaps those who do could take a look?

The folders are not shown, (I have to go to C: Drive to see this behaviour) the files are listed as normal.

Note the Folders view the same in each, The .exe files in XyPlorer show as links, but the .zip files don't show as links [AISuite_V10329_XPVista.zip]

My Win7/64 does show junction folders with an overlay. Maybe some setting...

That EXEs show overlays and other file types don't has XY internal reasons.

I will show Junction overlays only for folders in the next version.

I am on Win 7 x64 as well. Same behaviour in Win 7 x86.

Can you force Junctioned files to show? That would complete the solution. Then with Junctions displayed turned off...the files would still show.

Yes, I think would be a good solution.

PS: Alas, it's not possible technically. This touches high-performance parts of the code, and I cannot justify to implement this exception.
