No Administrator's right to delete?

No Administrator's right to delete?
I've had several folders I could delete just fine in Windows Explorer but not in XYP, XYP kept give me error "No administrator's right to delete". Why is that?

Explorer runs with permissions that you have when you log in by default. XYplorer does not. Try right-clicking on the EXE and select "Run as Administrator". Thanks, stupid me. Should be okay now that I have "run as administrator" checked in compatibility.
