No, this is not currently possible. AFAIK, it's not even a feature of any navigational file manager.anuraag wrote:can i get Up(Backspace) like attached image

Re: Up(Backspace)
There is also an Up button on the toolbar. Why not simply use it?anuraag wrote:in xploreadmin wrote:But the Backspace key works as Up by default.

I think he means, when in 2nd pane he needs to activate 1st pane and click "up" to go up in 1st pane.admin wrote:There is also an Up button on the toolbar. Why not simply use it?anuraag wrote:in xploreadmin wrote:But the Backspace key works as Up by default.

My suggestion: use "double-click on empty space goes up" from menu Tools | Configuration | Extended.

Yes, but it took me a while to understand it. Please be more descriptive in explaining what you want, unlike twitter you can use more than 140 characters here.anuraag wrote:thats what i want to sayserendipity wrote:I think he means, when in 2nd pane he needs to activate 1st pane and click "up" to go up in 1st pane.
Does the below suggestion work for you?
use "double-click on empty space goes up" from menu Tools | Configuration | Extended.

I would supect it's more of a ESL issue...(English as Second Lang)...that's where having user location in profile can sometimes give a clue.serendipity wrote:Yes, but it took me a while to understand it. Re: Up(Backspace)
I think "double-click on empty space goes up" is my all-time favourite feature. I've started double-clicking on empty space in all kinds of applications, hoping they'd do something useful
