Re: English
For what it's worth, I do not like those big green and orange buttons above large XYplorer name on the main page. This is especially in view of those buttons already present in the top right hand corner of the centerpiece.

Agreed, they are sub-optimal. But for all I heard about the psychology of buying the button cannot be big and in-your-face enough. is it the size or the colors that hurt your eye?zer0 wrote:For what it's worth, I do not like those big green and orange buttons above large XYplorer name on the main page. Re: English
I just think that they are out of place. Eyes of people who read from left to right instinctively focus on top left area of a webpage. Sticking a "Buy Now" button in-the-face like hardly seems reasonable as a new visitor is likely to know little to nothing about the product. Also, sticking those buttons on the main page appears to continue the trend of splattering it with "selling point" images. The visual footprint is growing way beyond its streamlined look of a few months ago. Also, the orange of "Buy Now" doesn't correspond with the colour of that same button in the top right corner.admin wrote:Agreed, they are sub-optimal. Re: English
I personally agree from an aesthetic POV. But I also repeatedly make the experience that my own aesthetic preferences differ from the mainstream. So they simply don't count when I try to sell as much as I can. I have to rely on what the experts say. And they say: make big shiny buttons and put them in their face. Hey, I wished it would be different!zer0 wrote:I just think that they are out of place. Eyes of people who read from left to right instinctively focus on top left area of a webpage. Re: English
I finally decided that the new buttons indeed suck too much (and removed them)! I'm not that corrupt.

Re: English
Also the icons for Undo/redo...etc are a bit bigger and instead of "Buy now"
make it "buy" coz it creates an impression that u are having less sales.

Once again, slightly OT, but I would suggest that you re-arrange snippets of customer stories to be in chronological order with most recent at the top. Newer opinions matter more when it comes to purchasing decisions.
