I did find XYplorer today and I'm impressed from the features. But what I'm missing is a better support for moving files around with the keyboard shortcuts.
In an old version of Powerdesk this was straightforward: Selecting the file(s), pressing F7 and a windows with destinations popped up with last directory moved to selected. Very easy. And very easy to change the target folder.
As I often shuffle around files it would be nice to do so in a similar way in XYplorer. Would it be possible to customize the keyboard shortcuts?
Now, I have to go via File > Move/Copy... > Move To > Select ...
(And when "Find Files" or "Report" ist selected in the lower pane ALT-F doesn't pop up the file menue at all ...)
A long way to go and the Browse Dialog ervery time starts with "My Computer" so I have to drill down the file menue.
I know that there is a list of last selected folders but I find the Powerdesk approach much more elegant.
So, why I don't stick with Powerdesk? I think XYplorer has much more to offer. It's just this little bit of tweaking what I'm missing
