Most of the time the only action i want do on the recycle bin is empty it.
I never browse it or restore files. I just need to empty it. So i dont need to have through so many steps to empty it.
And having an icon also allows me to quickly see if i have to empty it

But i am ok if you really dont want to add it. May be you could allow us to access Recycle Bin through script. Like knowing its status and ability to empty/open it.

yeah yeah yeah...

i was just about to create this topic.. :D :D :D

i just don't understand why must the Recycle Bin button is removed once the long awaited request to make the Recycle Bin appear on the Tree?? :|

What's the logic behind that?

same as carmenm, I also most of the times use that Recycle Bin button just to empty the stuff without really need to see those junks.

But anyway, please don't remove it from the Tree later on.. :D

Thank you.

Create a CTB with this code and assign a desired icon:

Code: Select all

#642
1-Click emptying is back ;)
P.S. It's only 1-click emptying if you have delete confirmation turned off, but your choice to do so :)
