Tree not Auto-Refreshing when creating folder in inactive ta

I don't see much of a performance improvement, but limiting the refresh to the current drive would prevent the mentioned side-effects (floppy seek with grating noise, etc.). Can't wait for RefreshTreeOnTabChange = 2!

I'm sorry to report that setting RefreshTreeOnTabChange to 2 instead of 1 does not cause an immediate refresh. Setting it to 1 does, but 2 doesn't work immediately. Only after clicking a different tab for the second time does the tree refresh. In my testing, it doesn't matter whether the two tabs I switch between, point to the the same or to a different drive.

Whoops, forgot to redraw the control (you should see the changes already when you scroll the tree a bit just to trigger a redraw). Should work in next version.
