Win7(x64): Mouse wheel doesn't work

The mouse wheel doesn't work. I try to scroll, but nothing happens.
Every other program I used so far works fine.

What am I doing wrong?

Installed:
Win 7 64-bit.
XYplorer v8.50
Microsoft Laser Mouse 8000
Microsoft Intellipoint v7.0.260.0

Do u also tried the newest Beta?

Anyway under Win7(32-Bit) Mouse wheel works fine.

It is well worth trying the latest beta, especially because:

You can give a No-Install version a go if you're hesitant to replace your Install build with a beta.
