New Review by CNET

They downgraded me from 5 to 4.5 stars and it's not really clear why. To me the whole review comes across a little reserved. They did not take time (understandably maybe) to really try and appreciate all the revolutionary stuff. But overall it's a newbie attracting little text which is certainly a good thing.

My guess is that they don't have sufficient time to really examine each app, and have a basic set of "tests" that they give each type of app...more of a production line process than what a real user might do...but hey, while 4.5 isn't ideal, it's still much better than 4, right?

What we need is some followup user reviews as it seems that any existing user comments are linked to that specific vers and given the nbr of vers that they show in history, it may be hard to locate one...I found a nice one for v8.10 but that takes time to backtrack.

We also need a few more user votes as well...and maybe a not so good review on a competing product that says XY is better..
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.

I wrote them about the hard to track user reviews. The only result was downgrading me from 5 to 4.5... ...anyway, more reviews and votes is always good!

I just found a review on x2 that complains about this same issue...I'm quite sure I wrote a review on CNET sometime but which exact vers that it's tied to is a good question...they need a better system...something so that reviews for old vers are still shown but under some sort of heading/divider so you know that it's not for the current one.

Addendum:
When it's added to "Watch List", it shows with "Photo not available" but there is a screenshot on XY desc page so not sure what's missing where.

I think the part where half of a star was lost was when they mentioned the interface being "...fairly attractive and intuitive...". Fairly is not a word that appears in reviews of 5* applications. That being said, it's still really good. However, I do think that there is room for improvement as far as organisation of Address Bar, Tabs and Toolbar is concerned. Also, having breadcrum in AB will go a long way towards making the interface intuitive.

EDIT: Speak of the devil, a competitor has released a version with breadcrumb Address Bar.
