Yes, almost: it's a toggle but split in 2 commands (add + remove). I don't want to use a toggle command in that menu because the current state is not visible (unless you have the new soon-to-come FSS toolbar button which will tell you whether the current folder uses stored settings or not (= inherits any previous settings).
So (2) will be disabled if the current folder does
not use stored settings because there is nothing to remove. OTOH (1) can stay enabled even if the folder
does use stored settings: in that case pressing the command would
update the stored settings for that folder.

(2) Remove saved settings ... hmmm
