      the dialog had several issues since the glow-up (footer not updated, layout broke on 
      resize). Fixed.
    ! Locked Text Dialogs: In dialogs like Quick File View (on text files) or the Report dialog
      within the Progress dialog, the Word Wrap functionality and the scrollbars no longer worked
      properly since 20260906. Fixed.
    * XYcopy (x64): Updated to 2.20.0049.
    ! Welcome Dialog: Colors partly broken in system dark mode since 20260829. Fixed.
