If by "with right-click" you mean paste via the shell context menu try if ticking this makes a difference: Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Context Menus | Hide shell extensions from shell context menu

Re: Copy and Paste Sometimes causes XYplorer to crash
No. I want to keep shell extensions in the context menu. This crashing did not happen in the 32-bit version of XYplorer. It only seems to happen in the 64-bit version of XYplorer.
Also, XYplorer 64-bit sometimes crashes when right-clicking on a drive.

32-bit shell extensions and 64-bit shell extensions are different things. One might work while the other is buggy. Only you can sort this out by checking for faulty shell extensions. Help yourself: https://www.xyplorer.com/faq-topic.php?id=ctxcrash

I don't think there is anything wrong with the shell extensions because it doesn't crash when I use File Explorer.admin wrote: ↑08 Nov 2025 14:23 32-bit shell extensions and 64-bit shell extensions are different things. File Explorer has some privileges that are not shared to the public.

Re: Copy and Paste Sometimes causes XYplorer to crash
A lot of shell extensions are only tested with Explorer
and my crash 3rd party file managers.
The way to found the culprit is to disable all non-Microsoft extensions
and re-enable them one by one or in groups.
