1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

One question.

What anti-virus software are you using?

I had the same problem when I was using a special version Kaspersky anti-virus.
When I installed a older version of Kaspersky the context menu open up directly and
the special version of Kaspersky it took several seconds for the content menu to open.

It can be a similarly problem, another software is interfering with the content menu.
