Hello support,
My thumbnails of my pictures dont auto create, whatever the size I choose. I dont understand why and it drives me litterally crazy.
In the annexed jpg file I took a snapshot of my thumbnail config.
The only way I managed to get some is to remove the "create all at once " checkbox and remove the "cache on disk" check box. Then yhey appear on the section of the directory that is shown at the screen. I have thousands of files can't just slowly scroll until alkl is shown :-(
I tried to clear the cache but it does not help
I tried to quit and restart XYplorer but it does not help
I have the last version 24.30.0001 on a 64 bit PC under windows 10 with 8 GB Memory
Any help welcome, because for the moment i have to revert to Microsoft File manager to see my thumbnails where they appear correctly .. :-(((
Thanks alot
LG

To start troubleshooting...
First open a "fresh" instance of XYplorer by typing fresh; in the address bar. Once in the image folder, go to the View menu > Caches > Refresh thumbnails.
Second try a different quality setting in Thumbnail configuration.
As jupe mentioned for troubleshooting purposes and to create new thumbs, you should have "Show cached thumbnails only" disabled - at least until you can create some thumbnails.
