feature request: granular Item Type selection for Hover Box

Currently in XYplorer 24.30:

-User can "Select Item Types" (Text Files; Document Files; etc.) for Configuration | Information | File Info Tips & Hover Box | Show Hover Box.
-User can select specific file extensions under format categories in Configuration | Preview | Preview Formats.

However, the user cannot similarly select specific file extensions for the Hover Box Item Types.

The lack of granular control is problematic in some situations.

Ex: User wants to show Hover Box for some Document Files (.docx, .xlsx) because this is very useful, but wants to preclude Hover Box for other Document Files (.pdf) due to functionality issues.

A file extension drilldown similar to that in Configuration | Preview | Preview Formats would be very helpful.

Already possible, just add extensions you don't want HB preview for, I included 2 extensions just to demo the format needed:

HoverBoxSkipExt=pdf.txt
