Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).
We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.
When attaching an Image, please use the Attachment tab at the bottom of your post and click "Add files".

Re: No thumbnails
I'm sorry if that's stupid question, but how can I turn off previews now?

Re: No thumbnails
It's quite recent:
I still think it makes sense.
Glad we solved it!
Code: Select all
v23.90.0424 - 2023-01-18 19:05
* Thumbnails: Experimentally image types that are present but excluded (unchecked) in
"Configuration | Preview | Previewed Formats | Category: Image Files" are now also
excluded from thumbnails creation. Should reduce some unwanted work.
Glad we solved it!

Re: No thumbnails
Yeah, I'm glad as well!
I'm sure there's a reason for this update but I would really love to turn off popup previews somehow.
Also now only half of my video thumbnails are working (for same format). That's really weird. But that's not as important as images anyway.
Edit: Icons for the folders are not working as well now. But I can live with that as well (I can fix that with changing icons for the folder in Windows I guess).

Re: No thumbnails
Somehow, I have the opposite problem with thumbnails:
File thumbnails are working fine, but folder thumbnails are not working at all. Folders are just showing the default folder symbol, although the option is enabled. Happens even with a fresh instance.
