:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Is language french supported?

Post by Optiplan »

I selected French in the "Select Language" panel. I tried French because I have a problem with my file names with accent as (é à ...).
As an example, a file or a directory name is invalid in Paper even if the interface is French. I still have to give english name for files , forders, Tags, Labels.
I dont mind using english UI, but being able to use french with my file names is important in exchanging files with french people.
Thanks for your support.
XYplorer is a great product

How did you create the Paper folder ?
Its encoding should be UTF-16 LE with BOM.
With this there should be no problem to display french names.
