Setting Color for Column Header

I can't find where to set the color for the tab list column header area as shown below; is this possible?

Tweak: RRGGBB|RRGGBB (backcolor|textcolor), textcolor is optional, but here is an an example utilizing both:

ListColumnHeaderColors=BFDAFE|223344
