I see the "FIRST" PDF right away after a restart of XY but not so after. Is there a recommended version. Seems like they are still on 2.5.xxx release.

I can't confirm this problem with PDF-XChange Viewer 2.5.322.10 on Windows 10 1909 x64. It seems you've installed an older version from 2011?

Had it for a while and did not see any major version number changes so figured..why bother.

Is your PDF X V - 32 or 64 bit?

I'd try the latest version.

AFAICT it's a 32-bit app.

When I try to run the 32-bit MSI it wont take.

So I run the 32/64 combined EXE and get this.
