GUI glitch when after waking up minimised

This is what XY looks like every time when I un-minimise it after waking up my laptop from sleep:

This was fixed in

    ! GUI could break temporarily when app was minimized on a Windows theme 
      change. Fixed.
...at least for me. I haven't been able to reproduce this behaviour since then.
