Re: MUSD (Mouse Up Show Down)
Since .0221 and the introduction of MUSD the right click on expansion icon in the trees popup context menu folder icons have been affected somehow, certain folder icons are showing as a blank page icon, it has been the same on all builds since .0221. I have only seen it happen on mapped & network drives, but it may happen elsewhere too although I haven't encountered it yet. It is the same with CFI enabled or disabled. (screenshot with CFI disabled using .0224)
Oddly enough the same folders display OK in the MUSD popup.
Not sure if it helps with resolving this, but a similar problem (in a DragStatus popup instead though) happened here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18587&p=157140#p157096

Re: MUSD (Mouse Up Show Down)
When a folder content preview is open, it is possible to use the mouse wheel on the list. It will close the preview and start scrolling the list. I like this, saves a click. However, when the folder is empty and the popup contains only the text "Empty", using the mouse wheel is not possible.

19.10.0225: Yay, cool!
Would it perhaps be technically possible to expand/apply the scope of file keyboard shortcuts to the context menu of the menu items (regarding the Copy menu item variants)?

Nope, those will have to remain hard-coded I'm afraid.

Once again Don, you amaze us with your responsiveness... thank you so much for the new SHIFT+Click, ALT+Click, and (secret) ALT+SHIFT+Click !

Re: MUSD (Mouse Up Show Down)
Very cool feature! Didn't even know how much I needed this!
1. Is the 'open without going to' (i.e remaining where you are) gone for good?
2. If you navigate somewhere elsewhere via the breadcrumbs bar while the MUSD menu is open, the menu stays open. This is not the expected behaviour, is it?

Re: MUSD (Mouse Up Show Down)
1. Well, I might add it today (it has potential problems as you know... see this thread)
2.
Cannot reproduce. The MUSD menu closes in the moment I mouse down the breadcrumbs bar.

2. It is easy to reproduce. Choose one folder from the breadcrumb, which is at least 2 level higher than the actual one. It disappears only if you are one folder away.

Made some experiments: No, cannot do it. Too risky.admin wrote:1. Well, I might add it today (it has potential problems as you know... see this thread)
What I could offer is "Open with OS Default" (bypassing CFA).

Re: MUSD (Mouse Up Show Down)
Strange. When I paste something into the address bar, I can run it without going there, CFA honored. Couldn't do the same in this case too? (Actually I don't need this function badly, I am just curious.)admin wrote:Made some experiments: No, cannot do it. Too risky.admin wrote:1. Depends on your CFA. Try this and open a JPG that's not in the current path:
Code: Select all
