How do I get XYplorer to open a SharePoint Document Repository in Explorer View?
If Xyploers is set as the default file manager and I select SharePoint Document Library option to "Open with Explorer" then Xyplorer fails to open the remote share. The tab where the content would normally display is replaced with the following message:
I suspect the Authentication Pop-up Window is being suppressed but I don't know how to fix this. Has anyone ran into this and knows the fix?

If he uses that setting how else should XY behave? If no user/password prompt comes up (because it's suppressed) it doesn't know if the resource is accessible?

If it's not accessible, ignore it (after a timeout)?
I don't expect XY (or any other program) not to be unstartable at all in such a situation. Instead it should be handled "in some way", I think. Everything is better than not to start.

The Xyplorer message is a bit misleading. Xyplorer itself did not actually close. The TAB shows the message instead of the content.PeterH wrote:He said:I think this shouldn't happen in general?gdarino wrote:... then Xyplorer fails to open ...

The setting in question is NOT being used. I confirmed that the user/password prompt IS being suppressed even though the option that would normally suppress it is NOT being used.highend wrote:If he uses that setting how else should XY behave? Does the suppression also happens when you start XYplorer with a fresh instance?
I want to rule out any set tweaks...
