Thanks very much for the swift response. Will do.
I wasn't too worried, since it seems as if this has happened several times in the past.
But I thought it worth reporting, just in ase.

Re: Version 22 reported as Ransomware by Malwarebytes
fwiw, Malwarebytes seems to have quarantined the Taskbar link to XYplorer, and quanatined the programme itself.

Version 22 reported as Ransomware by Malwarebytes
Installed Version 22 this morning.
After a couple of hours Malwarebytes flagged it as ransomware and quarantined (removed) it.
Details not plentiful, but screenshot of dialogue box attached.

Run-time error 97 when renaming folder
I think the sequence of actions that triggered this error was: 1. Tried to rename folder (that was opened in an XYplorer tab) 2. Received message that I couldn't rename the folder because a file or folder within it was open in another application 3. Tried closing various files and folders to see if ...

Location pin colour
This is a great feature, but the pins are very hard to see on my display. They are a sort of yellow and green, which doesn't work well with the light display theme of XYPlorer. The screenshot on the website shows the pins in blue, which would be easier. Is there a lever to pull to adjust the colour?...

Re: Hover in Version 19
Removing the Adobe reader and installing the PDFXChange PDF Editor (the Viewer seems to have been replaced by the Editor) seems to have fixed the hover problem, even without switching from Sumatra as the default viewer.
Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Hover in Version 19
Well, not sure whether I'm getting an thumbnail or a generic icon. It looks rather generic with "PDF" in yellow. Same sort of display for Word and Excel files - looks like the same icon for all files, with a blue W or a green XLS. So maybe something else is wrong with the set up. But hover...

Re: Hover in Version 19
Thanks, but "show thumbnails for non-images" is already ticked, and Sumatra is already installed and is the default pdf handler.

Hover in Version 19
Preview on hover works very nicely in the latest version (19.0), except for pdfs, which give a "Cannot decode" message.

Cannot preview PDFs
I press F12 and then try to preview a PDF file.
I get the message "Cannot preview" and a blank white space where the preview should be. JPEGs and Word documents preview fine.
Can anyone suggest a way to troubleshoot this?
Thanks

Display of Column Headings does not refresh properly
In the latest version, and in the one before, when I change tabs, the column headings / titles should change location if the column widths change. But they don't seem to do that. Screenshot attached
