Thanks that was it! I didn't realize the setting was separate for each pane. Also what's the difference between the 2 settings Sticky Selection and Sticky Checkbox Selection?

I checked that and it's turned off just like sticky checkbox is. Also the video shows both panes operating differently when selecting files. These settings change both panes to have the same behavior.

Unfortunately I tried both of those and they didn't work. Also File Explorer and the bottom pane of XYplorer are working fine, just the top pane is having these selection issues, so it makes me think the CTRL key isn't stuck. See video of this if it's confusing.

There's a selection error where if I click a file to open or rename or just select it, it's added to multiple selected files instead of selecting the 1 file. How do I know what the preview handler is? If it's the same as the program I use to open PDFs then it's Foxit PDF Editor Pro v13.1.2.22442. For a few hours I could but now I can't, so it seems random and inconsistent when this error happens.

My screen size seems to be fine. But I found out I'm having some other really weird preview error where 2 files are showing at the same time, the one I select and a random one but not even at the size the pane is at.

Can someone provide a summary of this post?

Are you guys running commands and reporting log history? How do I do that so I can test it too and report problems better?

Interesting, why wouldn't mine automatically update? How do I get it to do that automatically instead of manually updating it?

Also how do I know if it's 32 or 64 bit? I'm getting conflicting info where task manager says 32 but the files say 64, why is that?

Even though it's a Windows error is it possible to fix this?
I still be this issue and I'm on Version 26.90.0100, 64bit no install.
