CSV dump delimiter

I find it really useful to use the Report tag of the Info Panel to export file and folder lists BUT in some folders I have many file names with commas in and this completely messes up the CSV output. Is it possible to change the CSV delimiter from comma to semi-colon??
Thanks

Re: Custom column content disappeared after update

:-)
I do data backups hourly - but, of course, it had never occurred to me to backup xyPlorer!
I'll now have a think about all the other places that store odd little bits of data that I've never thought about!

Re: Custom column content disappeared after update

Thanks for the pointer. Looked in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\XYplorer and the tag.dat there was missing the info. The tag.dat in the AutoBackup subfolder there was also empty but below that was a folder called '24' and the tag.dat in there still had the data. I replaced the first one with that and...

Custom column content disappeared after update

Just auto updated to 25.40.0100 I have one folder displaying two extra columns where I can put links and data about specific files. It has been perfect for nearly 10 years, but now the two columns are just blank. The extra columns appear to still be correctly configured - there's just nothing in the...

That's an interesting idea - I'll have a play with that.
(I'm always finding new things that XYPlorer can do!!)

Re: Always have one parrticular file at the top of the list

Not the same filename.
Sometimes I have a file which is either some sort of index or perhaps a frequently used reference document for that folder.
Be nice to have it at the top.
It's easy if you always sort by name but no so easy if usually sort by date!

Re: Always have one parrticular file at the top of the list

Sort of!
What I'd really like is to set one file that always stays at the top regardless of whether you sort the folder by name, date, etc.
i.e. the rest of the files sort as normal but this one stays at the top.

Always have one parrticular file at the top of the list

In a few folders, I would like to see one particular file always at the top of the file list - regardless of how the files are sorted.
Is there any way to do this?

Thanks

Save the state of the folder tree with each tab...

... so that when you change tabs, the folder tree changes to whatever it was when you were last on that tab.

Relating the folder pane to the file pane

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here... Is it possible to lock the folder tree display on the left to the tab that is open? Say I have five tabs, when I change to a different tab, it would be good if the file tree went to the state it was in when I was last on that tab. As it is, it always st...
