CSV dump delimiter

Post by sclg »

I find it really useful to use the Report tag of the Info Panel to export file and folder lists BUT in some folders I have many file names with commas in and this completely messes up the CSV output. Is it possible to change the CSV delimiter from comma to semi-colon??
Thanks

Select Configuration | Information | Report & Data | CSV field separator | Other and enter a semi-colon in the text box.

5 key strokes would have taken you there: F9 - F3 - c - s - v :)

Next beta will also get you somewhere when you type "Report":

Code: Select all

+ Configuration | Jump to Setting: The settings list now also contains all bold
subsection headings. Before, typing "Report" into the filter box yielded no results.
      It will now.
