Re: [XYScript] 7-ZipXY: Portable Extraction & Archiving Using 7-Zip

Wow, what a cool useful script.. Thanks for sharing this, and the portable tweak you added. :appl: There are so many 'Hot Tips' hidden away in this forum, I wish there was a future way to 'flag' them somehow... A great one was in this post from 2022, from 'Horst', ..asking for: 'Extract into the cur...

Re: Tab switching not changing FileView

I couldn't switch tabs, the fileview area stayed the same no matter which tab was selected. I then got this error on close: Could not duplicate problem, tried loading panes w/various stuff, recycle bin, OneDrive, etc, etc. -- current beta 28.00.0003 XY64 is looking great, PDF previews, speed, conte...

Re: Exit Without Saving Is Displayed Twice

[/quote] by Paperboy » 31 Aug 2025 11:44 In my opinion, it still should not be displayed twice. It should be corrected so that it is only displayed once. Not for me.. When I'm working with tricky new setups, I want to be reminded clearly if I were to just use my 'usual' and 'normal' keyboard shortcu...

Thank you! ...to WirlyWirly for summing up the scope and direction of this important milestone of development for a lot of folks on the sidelines cheering on Don and Wayne that form the silent herd watching all this unfold, bit by bit. Re: Stop Tree From Scrolling w/o Locking

From Don... >>PS: I will release it and see what's coming from the street.<< From the Newb Street: Love it!, so I tried putting '#468;' onto a lft-clk CTB, hoping that would work, and not only did it set the 'lock scroll position', it toggles it back on a second click. Wow.. so easy and fast to use!...

New CTB indented menu structure problem and reason

Tried out the new CTB sub menu simple scripting, would not open .exe's for me, but other hard ref's ok. Menu shows icons of progs, so the paths are ok. I found that deleting the caption.. ie, "View WiFi Net Meter" and just leaving the path and exe file, fixed it, and same thing for the res...

Thanks for lightening reply. Got it, works.
And you are absolutely right, I was in a hurry to tuck it into an edit, not thinking abt how easy testing that would be.
You all spend very valuable personal time on people like myself, I understand and really appreciate it! :appl:
