Preview MS office files

After i downloaded the new MS Office Professional Plus 2007 beta, i cannot preview the office files in XY. The moment i click the file, it simply opens the files as if i double clicked in normal mode. I previously used Office 2003 and in this i could quick preview office files inside XY which was cool. Does anybody know how to fix this problem??
