:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Problems with really big pictures

Post by peterbonge »

I have a panorama picture with a size of 14119x1562 Pixels. When the preview tab is open and I click on the picture the preview isn't displayed. But the details are shown correctly. If I now click into the preview area the program crashes...

What file type, what byte size? Is it just one particular picture, or does it happen with all pictures of that type/size/dimensions?

It's a JPG file with 1.898.317 bytes. Sorry, but I don't have more pictures with such a big size...

Oh yeah, i could reproduce it -- a real CRASHER. Weird that nobody ever complained... those huge pics seem to be a rare thing (among Tracker users). Anyway, it won't happen again. New BETA comes tonight...
