How do you clear shortcuts from user commands?

I cannot find a way to get rid of shortcuts from certain user commands? Is it possible?

Go ot menu "Tools|Customize keyboard shortcuts" and go to category users and you can remove or assign shortcuts here.

You can as well do it inside UDC dialog: open "Assign Free Shortcut" and OK when no shortcut is selected (unselect any selection by CTRL+Click).
