Sorry about that, but I'm unable to reproduce the issue you mentioned. You could try using the XYplorer Portable Packages. https://www.xyplorer.com/download.php?bit=64#portable

But as you can see there is happened nothing - maybe because i use the 64bit ?

Is the path to xyplorer correct? Also, please check the runtime logs in the log folder under the taghelper directory.
