Odd Info Msg Bx and minor Config issues

Got this odd little Info Msg Box while playing with diff settings in Config (F9).
...Using XYplorer 28.00.0300

...Info Msg Box states: Note that the check can take a couple of seconds
...Msg Header shows: 'XYplorer 28.00.0300'

...Was popping in and out of config to experiment with diff settings involving:
Thumbnails, Mouse Down Blow Up, diff thumb size views, etc.
..The 'etc' is because I may have hit something with my mouse with my old arthritic hands as I was experimenting.

Meanwhile..
...CAN NOT get back into 'Config' with TB btn or (F9).
...Can move XY around, still alive and operate all but still can NOT enter config.
...Can look behind it, but no config screen hiding anywhere.

...Finally gave up, killed Info msg bx w/'OK' button, but XY froze w/diff new Info box:

...Pressing 'OK' brought up a new 'Config' screen on 'Thumbnails', but nothing filled in or checked, all blank entries.
...Pressing 'Cancel' on the blank 'Config' screen completely killed XY out.
..Restarted fine, tried, but can't reproduce anything with more same type experimenting w/config.

..I'm well aware of all the work and minor bugs going on.
..This is simply a heads-up to supply more misc feedback data.
..This ain't in my way, XY64 is working great for me, I'm a happy user!

1) Note that the check can take a couple of seconds: This info comes when you tick Configuration | General | Startup & Exit | Check for updates at startup

2) There's an issue with the z-order of modal windows. It's currently being fixed.
