:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Using Copy/Cut causes freeze/crashes.

Post by sl23 »

I am getting the crashes again. This time it seems to be repeatable. Here are my steps:
1. I am clicking a folder as if to rename, then copy the name.
2. Then I click my toolbar button to search using last clipboard entry.
3. Search works and displays Tab. Selecting all items with mouse, except folders, R-click, then copy or cut causes a 2-3 second freeze and then a crash.
4. I also tried using Ctrl+X and Ctrl-X at stage 3, same result. Happens every time. Currently tried seven times.

Not sure if it is related or not, but after some more testing today and causing the crash, I got a message window with an error report. It has appeared two times, so may be useful?

1) What's the definition of that toolbar button?

2) Are you using a language other than the default language?

3) You got error 91 right after Ctrl+X?
