resolve %vars% in CFA titles

I have a CFA entries which would appear more userfriendly if their titles would allow use of Environment variables...

It's a matter of taste. Personally, I find the shorter, unresolved variables easier to read.

I understand that when it comes to the executed statement part - but I would really love to have the titles expanded to take out the guesswork. (Maybe there could be a config option to select the expansion level: 0=none, 1=title, 2=all
