configuration window opens slowly. How fix that?
Please improve the opening speed.

Define "slow."
How long?
How are you opening the config? (toolbar button, from the menubar > tools, from a script)
What version of XY are you using?

I agree that in Win10 and later it's noticeably slower than in Win 8. But in the upcoming TB edition it's fast again.
