Long media files dont show thumbnails

The normal media files thumbnails are working prefectly, but those long mp4 file or other typs of media files dont show thumbnails.

The shell (and shell extensions) generates thumbnails only for paths up to 259 characters. This applies to mp4, since XY has no native way to extract those thumbnails.
