Showing wrong size for empty folder's
I have defined an icon for empty folders but although the folder is empty it show's wrong size for it.

??? If you don't recalculate them manually, you'll always see the last calculated values^^

I agree that there can now be a mismatch between the content-based icon and the cached folder size if the folder is actually empty. This is not ideal. But to fix this, it would be necessary to check each cached folder to see if it is actually empty. This slows everything down a bit (when showing cached folder sizes). Is it worth it?

Imho not. In that case I'd argue that a difference of <x> MB / GB / TB should be visible as well.
If my video folder expands from 10 GB to 25 GB I'd like to see a recalculation as well (which I don't)...
