I don't want to Save Settings on Exit, but sometimes want to save the current Tabset, then work for a while with different Tabsets, then close & reopen XYPlorer to jump right back to that saved Tabset.
I have my Save Settings to Include Most Recently Used Lists on Save; I have it set to Remember all lists, including Tabsets.
When I want to 'remember' the current open Tabsets' directory paths, I do a: File > Save Settings.
Sometimes it works, and when relaunching XYPlorer the tabs are restored -- sometimes they aren't. I'd say it works about 40% of the time. When rebooting the computer, it seems the Tabsets aren't remembered ~100% of the time.
I have read about 15 threads on similar Tabset questions, but couldn't find anything that particularly addressed this issue.
I saw Don's note "Tabsets that are explicitly saved to disk are NOT dependent on the above setting. Remember most recently used lists only applies to the MRU list of tabsets, not to the tabsets themselves." (viewtopic.php?t=9047). I'm thinking this may be part of my struggle?
FYI:
- I am using Session Manager (viewtopic.php?t=8691), but I can't imagine that would be interfering.
- I have Configuration > Tabs > Auto-save tabsets: Disabled

I think the Session Manager folks are better suited to answer that.

Maybe. Never had the time to look into it.
