Tag Clouds suddenly stopped working but Find by Tag still working?

Post by Schuller »

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help with this...

I have been using Tag Clouds successfully for several months and created many categories with Click & Tag items and Click & Search items, however recently, about a day ago, I noticed that while I can still Click & Tag from the Tag Clouds, the Click & Search by Tag Clouds Catalog renders zero items found of the roughly 5000 plus tagged items. I can still however find my tagged items successfully with the Find by Tag option, I just cannot find with the Catalog anymore. Also, although I have not made any changes to the search parameters in the Catalog for tags, I had verified that again and all appears correct. I do have the app data folder backup on a schedule with my backup software, so a backup in not a problem but I don't see how restoring that would help in this case. The only other changes that I can recall I've made is the recent XY update to 25.30.0000 (which by the way, I'm loving the live search of the tag & comment without having to type the tags: comment: ) and then I also upgraded my two, 1080p, 27" monitors to two, 28", 4k monitors. I'm not sure if the monitors have anything to do with this but I have been having all kinds of scaling issues where I've had to reconfigure column sizes, font sizes, etc. I also changed the default font in XY and changed the size of it too to suit these displays.
